TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms & conditions are adopted by all customers and clients of Samariataxi.com upon booking and will apply to all taxis/minivans as arranged on the customer’s behalf through The Samariataxi.com

BOOKINGS

All taxi requests through The website Samariataxi.com or the phone must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We will send the requested vehicle type to meet you at the pre-defined pick up points, according to the time specified on your booking. The booking details you have provided will be passed to the driver.

Samaria Gorge or other Gorges transfers

All Gorge transfer requests through our website must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We will send the requested vehicle type to meet you at the pre-defined pick up points, according to the time specified on your booking. The booking details you have provided will be passed to the driver. 

LUGGAGE AND CHILD-SEAT ARRANGEMENTS

Our Taxi Service provides child-seats when requested, although passengers can provide their own and use them at their own responsibility. Please tell us if any child-seat is needed in advance.

Cancellations must be communicated directly to our email or phone of Samariataxi.com at the earliest possible opportunity and not through third parties, including taxi drivers.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that they suspect to be acting unlawful or pose a threat to himself or vehicle.
